Dedication – that’s what binds us at Parkos. Every single person working here does all they can to provide safe and affordable parking near airports for our customers. We currently operate over 1,000 parking sites in 15 countries - and counting. There’s even a location on tiny Reunion island in the Indian Ocean. Talk about dedication! Parkos customers visit our website, search, compare and book a parking space. It’s as simple as it sounds – at least, for customers.
We’re asking for a lot
For us, however, it’s anything but simple… Developing and maintaining a successful online comparison platform. Managing unlimited growth. Speaking with and helping customers throughout the customer journey in the best possible manner. And offering customers the ultimate parking experience as a hassle-free start to their trip. That requires a lot. Dedication, but above all skills, experience and personality. You'll definitely be needing those as our new Customer Service Agent.
So, what’s it like to be working at Parkos?
Here we go! If any of our customers need support, you are their first point of contact. Your holy grail: making sure our customers are satisfied and can park their cars safely with our parking partners every day. You enjoy helping people and enjoy going the extra mile to find the right solution for customers. With advice on the best choices, taking into account the customer's wishes and the services Parkos offers. You provide information by phone and via our ticket system. Furthermore, you are actively involved in the review process. You know everything about customer satisfaction. In the event of a complaint, you find the right solution together with the customer. You handle customer payments together with the Finance department. Finally, you act as a sparring partner for our parking partners and mediate between customers and parking partners.

As a Customer Service Agent, you possess excellent communication skills and a healthy dose of enthusiasm, which you use to help customers along. You know how to convert your knowledge and experience into solutions for our customers in an infectious way. You’ll also need these skills:
- Fluent spoken and written in English
- Experience in international customer service is an advantage
- Flexible working attitude
- You are available at least two evenings a week (until 8 p.m.) and on one day during the weekend
- Willing to learn and work in a dynamic, international professional environment

The clients you will be supporting are located in the French market and your colleagues speak English among themselves to a significant extent. You’ll be working from our offices in Groningen, Amsterdam and/or remotely; 32 to 40 hours a week. We ask dedication, in return we offer you a competitive salary, travel allowance, attractive pension accrual and up to 25 days' holiday per year (based on a 40-hour working week).
